Silvia Galve Martí, lawyer and founder of SGM Abogados, has continued to follow her dreams and has opened her beautiful new office.

On July 22, the new office of SGM Abogados in Benijófar (Alicante) was inaugurated and promoted to the public. With great pride, Silvia presided over the opening. She was surrounded by friends, family, colleagues, and associates as well as all those who love and admire her. All were there to support her on this important day.

More than 250 guests attended the opening ceremony. The Mayor of Benijófar Luis Rodríguez Perez and Notary’s were there, also owners of major construction companies, representatives of a host of real estate agencies from the biggest to the smallest, from all areas, family, and friends and of course some clients.

If you were fortunate enough to be there you would have enjoyed the ‘oyster & champagne bar’, the freshly rolled sushi, the best ‘jamon’ and of course plenty of Spanish wine and beers. Entertainment was provided by a saxophonist and DJ and the atmosphere was unforgettable.

During the evening it was obvious everyone had a fantastic time by the smiles, laughter and for some tears of emotion.

Not forgetting to mention the buzz of adrenaline as the company organised a raffle where the lucky winners could win one of five ‘money off vouchers’ for SGM services. Prizes started at 50€, 100€, 250€, and 500€. The top prize of 1,000€ was won by a local real estate agency.

These new offices are a culmination of 7 years of hard work with the support and dedication from Esther Hinojal, the office manager. From the early days, first opening in an old fruit shop, building a loyal client base with the help of many already satisfied clients and gaining the trust of many new agencies and their clients.

Silvia gave an emotional speech to which we were able to learn about the history and origins of her company. Thanking her amazing team, collaborating agencies and developers, family and friends who have supported her over the years. Emotionally, she connected with every guest as many of them are also part of that history.

In short, the opening ceremony was a dream come true and an experience that Silvia, her team members and the guests will never forget.

So, this leads us to now, where the business and goals are still moving forward with new plans and aspirations. At the time of writing SGM are looking to employ more staff to deal with the Polish market and setting their sights on expanding with more offices. Where and when? You’ll just have to wait and see.
