British Nationals given the go-ahead to travel for Spanish Property Purchases

Starting this Monday the 29th March, some of the UK’s travel restrictions will be lifted and now include a list of “reasonable excuses to travel” outside the country.

GREAT NEWS! One of the reasons includes travel “in connection with the purchase, sale, letting, or rental of a residential property”.
Permitted activities include visiting an estate agent, developer sales office, or show home, viewing residential properties to rent or buy, and preparing a property for moving in.
