Why would you need keyholding?
Imagine spending all that time planning, with all the effort involved with your travel over to Spain to visit your dream holiday home only to realise when it’s too late that you have forgotten your keys? Or What happens if you had them and somehow lost them? Or If you have family coming over to Spain or you decide to rent out your property?

Imagine how helpful it would be if for example, if there’s a water leak or a break in or any kind of weather damage! Having someone who you can trust to securely hold the keys and have the expertise to advise you accordingly on any situation is priceless.

What do we propose?

Our basic key holding service will include the holding of the keys only. We will only release the keys with prior instruction from you and will need proof of ID from whoever collects. The Keys are held at our office and will be available during our office hours, 9.00 to 17.30 hours from Monday to Friday.

In the event you need an additional service such as a visit to the property, or you need assistance with any damage repair etc, we will provide this service at an extra cost if or when you need it. You will just pay for the necessities you have in that particular moment.

How much will it cost?

Our normal yearly cost will start at 60.00 € plus VAT per year, which in total is just over 6.00 € per month. This is a very competitive price, and should you not need anything else you only pay for the key holding! There is no limit to how many key collections and drop offs.

If you do need extra assistance at any point, you only pay extra in this moment, easy! Having this peace of mind that we are here as always to assist you in anything extra you may need to take care of your home is a very small price to pay.
