is our expert when our clients need help with obtaining legally required documents. He is responsible for obtaining the NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) for our clients allowing for the purchase of property or vehicles here in Spain.

If you’re thinking of a permanent move here in Spain or are staying for more than half the year, you legally need to apply and register for your ‘Residencia’. Wayne is very experienced with many years in this procedure and makes all the necessary arrangements for timings and appointments. He will take you from our office or collect you from your place of residence, whichever is more convenient to wherever the appointment is booked.
