The traditional fireworks—known for lighting up the sky every night from June 25 to 29—will no longer be launched from Playa del Cocó. Instead, the display will move to a barge anchored offshore of Playa del Postiguet, a central and emblematic beach in Alicante.

This change, promoted by the Department of Fiestas in coordination with the Local Police and Fire Department, aims to enhance safety and improve the viewing experience, allowing the fireworks to be seen from a wider area of the city.
