When you’re buying a property, we will start by revising the purchase contract, making the searches and important checks in the Land Registry, Catastral Registry and of course the Town Hall. We check with all corresponding administrations and the utility companies to make sure the property is fully legal and free of debts.

We contact the present owner/builder for any queries and make any arrangements necessary to receive the required information. Once you are ready and we are happy we will accompany you to the Notary, carry out with the translation of Title Deeds and complete the formalities.
We will carry out all changes of ownership and arrange direct debit payments for contracts registered to the property. i.e. water, electricity, gas, community owners etc. Followed by the Registration of Title Deeds and Tax payments.

Additionally, we can assist clients with drawing up of private contracts be it Purchase or Sale, application for mortgages or cancellations, obtaining NIE Numbers and opening Bank accounts. We will also assist clients with Power of attorney, Spanish Wills, House Insurance, Resident and non-resident taxes.

Furthermore, we are experts in Inheritance and Estate planning. We are always up to date with current Laws and future changes. We give our clients the best advice and assistance here in Spain and in their native Countries if necessary, collaborating with notaries and solicitors overseas.
